This summer has been my slowest yet. I lost at least seven Border's locations here, Micheal's crafts went with another service brokerage with which we are not affiliated, and our "number one" service broker has started running calls with their own, in-house guys. They try that every year or two, and it usually fizzles, but it will go on into the fall.
We took on some restaurant refrigeration work. The boss and I are the only ones who are really up to the task. I've used JP as a brain guy to help out with ideas when I get stumped. BUT, the environment is awful. Grease. Food. Noise. Feet. Demands. Time constraints. I'm not making enough for this BS.
I've gotten to the point of harassing Frank to come out and meet with his boss.
