For the best part of a year after my first heart attack at 48, I felt like I was 80 years old. I could not walk beyond a snails pace with short steps without becoming winded and faint. Picking up anything over 20 pounds caused me to have to rest for half an hour. Since this is no where near what you are going through, I can only imagine what it takes for you to keep your spirits up.
