Doug, a lot of companies could beneft from your knowledge and experience working inside as a dispatcher and tech advisor and trainer. Many techs underbill and a dispatcher can help the company a lot by picking up on this. The dispatcher can also often see that a problem has not been diagnosed or repaired properly and deal with it before a callback situation developes.
