don't know how the formula works...............
if you send in 1 extra principle payment a year on a 30 year, supoosedly that makes it a 23 year loan.

we haven't had a credit card bill in years............... just keep buying too much crap.
had to buy 2 pc's recently.
every time you think you're done buying stuff so you can put something away............ whammo!

We just pissed off a bunch of CC companies.

We had been carrying balances for years. Knowing it was the wrong thing to do, but not having the money to fix it. Just paying what we could afford to pay, always over the minimum, but never paying off.

We hit a windfall that I think I mentioned a few months ago with the gas and oil rights on some property that we own.

That paid off all of our CC debt, paid off my truck, and gave us a bit to save for an upcoming bill we can't avoid. We will have to tie into public sewage within 18 months.

After we paid them off, we cancelled all but one or two cards.

I think that we kept the Lowes card for home improvement projects and another card for emergencies and internet purchases.

All other cards are GONE.

I can not teach at the training center cus I did not go through their little program!
They hate me because I am not in their club!

I can not teach non union, against the rules!

I do not know if you can teach non union once you are retired?

I would like to teach or open a school in the inner city!

I am 100% sure of that!

i don't think that the younger folk really want to embark on the journey that we all undertook to get where we are in this buisness.
that statement goes across the color lines. young people in general don't want to spend the effort and make the sacrafice.
