Ah.....Time off.....Something I know about. One has to make the time to take off and just do it. I remember when I set up my first ICU I would get these guys in who had just retired and planned on doing all sorts of things that they had put off for years. And here they were visiting me with a major MI and little or no chance of seeing their dreams come true. Yes, medical science has advanced since then but the human body is still just that....human. Medical science cannot make up for common sense. No job, career, hobby, life advocation is worth dying for. Life is still only for the living. Eat healthy, get plenty of rest, exercise, and take your meds.
