    Trying to contact my daughter in Connecticut ..... what mess there....looks bad from both wind and snow perspective....

    It IS a mess there. Areas near the coast got slammed.

    Not too bad at my house, but "work" would have meant going into Philly, which is notorious for not dealing well with snow.

    Nope, but drugs goes crazy down there. Cousins son shot during buy and bust operation (undercover detective) and back on the job. He wants to make the place safe, mom wants him to pack it in. Says he can't do that.
