Hey Bret, so I want to share a story from the Bible that makes me think of you and this thread...hope that's OK. You can read it in Matthew 9:1-8: Mark 2:1-12 and Luke 5:17-26. By reading all three accounts you get the whole story, but I will paraphrase if that is OK.
So Jesus is going around healing people like the healing kinda guy He is, and there is a paralyzed man who cannot get to Jesus, so 4 of his friends carry him to where Jesus is, but there are so many people they cannot even get close to the front door of the house where Jesus is.
So they got up on top of the house and tore the roof open and lowered their friend down to Jesus...and it says, when Jesus say their faith, He healed the man.
This is what I think of when I think of your wife, son and those who post here that they are praying for you and I am just one of the many who are helping to carry you.
Hang in there Bret and we will keep tearing off the shingles for you!
