Bret, I remember how important it was for my mom to laugh and for a few moments, take her mind off of the issue at hand, so bear with me as I go a little OCD on you...for you and Karen and your son.
Homeowner: So I think my heat pump is having trouble defrosting.
On Call Tech: What makes you think that?
Homeowner: Well, our electric bill has doubled from last month and I went outside and this is what I saw....(texts pic to oncall tech's phone)
Oncall tech: Ummmmm, turn it to emergency heat and I will see you next week.
