Looks like I am back just in time to post # 30,000!!!
I thought we would be at 50k by now. You guys are slackers! And where are all the pretty girl pics???
I guess I will just dig up some old pics of Karen! Bret you need to hang in there and we will save post # 50,000 just for you!
I am sure I will be banned by then though!!
I love you brother and I know all these guys do too. I wake up every morning complaining about my back and my feet and my job. Then I always think of how tough you are and what you have been through and I feel like a puthy!
You are my hero and Andy's too!
I don't know if God hears my prayers and if he does, I sin a lot so he may not listen but I am praying for you from Tonganoxie Kansas!

Hey Guys and Gals.....talked Karen tonight.....
Bret goes in for a CT scan first, then a CT scan guided biopsy on Thursday. They may know the results of the biopsy this week but Karen is not optimistic they will get the results this week so stand by and I'll let you all know as soon as Karen or Bret calls.
Fronk......thanx for the post buddy.....you started all this and Bret has told me more times than I can count about how much strength this thread gave him when he was suffering through those awful interferon treatments. There is very few that can tolerate that stuff much less tolerate the entire year of that poison. As Fronk said.....your my hero too and such a shining example to all of us whiners on this post.
Hang in there Bret. Remember the manifold......
"The quality you deserve is not expensive---it's priceless"
Fronk.....had to post this after your request for purdy girls.....
Ahhhhh yes.....Holly....
"The quality you deserve is not expensive---it's priceless"

Thanks Doug!
3/15/09. I think I said let's make this the most viewed thread ever.
If my memory serves me right I think bret survived 163 chemotherapy treatments.
I would quit after 1!
If anybody can beat this Bret can!
Good morning, Bret and everyone!
It's good to see Frank make a post again.
And, I think Holly must be what...a Grandmother by now????
Frank, you raised an interesting point. In fact, "..all have sinned, and fall short of the Glory of God."
So don't worry about being heard. You ARE being heard.
As for Kevin, he left the rehab hospital on Sunday, and his discharge from their facility becomes official tomorrow. He will continue with outpatient physical therapy.
On Sunday, he celebrated Christmas with his wife and kids, as that tree was real and was becoming a fire hazard. He fell on Dec 12th, so everyone waited for him to be there.
Guys, so many people face trails that we never hear about. Let's remember tham, as well.
As for me, I have a no heat unit I have to repair in below freezing temps today. It's 14° F now, and "realfeel" temp is 3°. Maybe you should pray for me, too!
