36 hours with out Mestinon, my med for the MG left for a fun time. They had to get a wheelchair to bringer me in the hit the ground when I stood up to get on the stretcher. had trouble breath during and colonoscopy. so the poor nurse had to to a fall report and a ton of charting. I think see was so happy see me go I figure the gave me a pain in the a$$ I might a s well return the favor
All good other the diverticula and Hemord which explane the pain in the abdomen and the blood in the stool.
Last 3 days setting on My new cleaned but.

The wife is a planner.
All but a couple things that I have to pick up are already bought, wrapped and hidden away.
She's been shopping since October.
Sometimes I swear this is her favorite time of the year.

It's Christmas eve for us......our eldest is off for her holidays to Cambodia with the charity that she's on the BoD of to check in on the projects her charity funds. She'll be gone on Christmas and 'really giving the gift of giving'.....not bad for a 33 year old.....
Yup......Mommy and Daddy are just a weeeeeeee bit proud......

Bret, glad the scope was good. As you know, I'm a big advocate for that procedure.
Doug, do the gout pills work well? I knew one guy who had gout, and he said it was a pain. Do you have a link for that charity?

The medication I take is Uloric as Alapurinol did not work for me but I found that 99% of the gout attacks were induced purely by sugar. I take Tart Cherry Juice on a daily basis with additional support if needed of turmeric (curcumin) and if it hits worse, devils club, celery seed and when unbearable, the last resort is indomethacin. Indomethacin will eat holes in you and very, very strong. Since getting off of sugar (except for Christmas), I haven't had a gout attack and I use tart cherry juice on a regular daily basis and extra if say I go out for dinner with Brenda and have a desert. I used to laugh at the 'old guys' on the job sites with gout.....after a couple of attacks, man do they hurt. I can go to bed with a left foot swollen so bad I can't get a boot on......and the next day it moves over to the right side. When i hammer it with the cherry juice, celery seed, devils club and turmeric, I can feel the crystal come our of my foot into my calf, into my hamstring and then into my a$$ cheek and then it's gone. Where 1-2 hours previously I couldn't touch my foot with a cotton ball, I can now slam it on the concrete floor!!! It's really amazing but since our diets are mainly 'acidic' (sugar and animal fats) we are acidic internally, so an alkaline lifestyle helps everything greatly.
The Tart cherry and turmeric Art, are great anti-inflammatories and you cannot over use them so they're great for bikers and runners....

'Evening Bret and everyone! Had one more tooth pulled out on Saturday.. Basically the dentist in the old country didn't remove all of the decay and it needed a root canal but the dentist didn't think he could build the tooth back up.. Fortunately their extraction specialist was there since that guy ROCKS with the pliers. As soon as I make it to South America I'm getting on my wife's bennies and looking into getting an implant.
