I can answer this one. The arms, legs and even head movements provide the control surfaces, same as in freefall.

Not that it would be a sensible thing to do, but if he bent at waist while keeping his body and legs stiff, he would do a forward roll.

    Hey, gang.

    I'm back.

Took the oldest boy, who is still a Cub, out camping with the Boy Scouts for the first time. He really did well even though some of those boys were twice his age.

    T minus ONE DAY!!!

If you have not already taken a position in the Pack, do so. It is a very rewarding way to spend your time. Just don't think of your son as your son whenever you are with him at Scouts. Just think of your son as just another young man struggling through life while learning some skills. Let others in the Pack discipline your son if it becomes necessary.

Good evening Bret and everybody. I'm glad everybody seems to be OK.
The opening weekend for deer season was a little slow, but fun was had by all.

Your use of punctuation marks could sure use some improvement.

My wife and I have been Committee Chair and Cubmaster respectively going into our fourth year, now.

I know every kid in my unit and every kid that has been in my unit by their first name and that is a point of pride to me.

I am as tough, possibly tougher, on my son than I am on the others.

Although I wasn't an Eagle, I took a LOT from Scouting that guides me in everyday life.

When a 6 year old boy asked me if he could join Cub Scouts, how could I say NO??
