Just remember there are lots of lymph nodes in that place, and any type of infection in the body can make them swell up, so it may not be as bad as you think.

    morning Bret & all...stay strong Tip !!
Art we got the engine out and as I said in a post earlier the engine was shot. So took the heads & case into a machine shop for a looksy and was told that it would cost over 1500 to rebuild. We've been looking all over for a replacement and ended up getting a 2003 3.8 that was out of a wreaked car. It's clean and saw it run before we bought it. So we'll be working on it this weekend. I'll post some pic's when I remember to bring my camera ....lol...Been busy with mowing and getting ready for son to move back to the farm, but this mustang will run because that's just who we are . Hate to just throw away things just because..

Spiderman 2 was about what I was expecting, so like the reviewer, I give it my own "two stars."

I won't post a spoiler, but I was disappointed at the loss of a key character.

Cancer has metastasized to my liver. Doctor said I could be gone in less than six months. They have some more chemo in mind to try and lengthen that time. Very disappointing news to be sure. I won't be talking about my cancer anymore here; I thank everyone here for their support.

Well, you are right. That is not good news.

If I were in your shoes, I would be enquiring about the new DNA driven treatments, and whether they are being used for liver cancer. This was not an option for Julie, but that was over two years ago now, and the cancer treatment business is moving very quickly.

The gist is that they use some of your own specific cancer cells to make a treatment that targets those cells. Real Star Trek stuff.

Let us know if there is a success to be shared, or a frustration to be vented.

And remember, these bodies are only rentals. The real fun stuff starts after this. Make sure you are ready, by making sure you are in the book of life. Julie told me that was the single best thing I had done for her in 11 years together, because she knew what was to come.

You can have that same peace.

Morning Bret & all....Tip your in my prayers and I think what Art said is very good prospecting views...today our medical field has so many options for us to choose. Cancer treatments have really changed since my mother died of it at the age of 57. Her liver was ridden with cancer and nothing could be done except a transplant and back then it was not visible because of MONEY ! Treatments and other options around now could have saved her for sometime here and she was a very vibrant woman..
