The only thing I ran today was the snow blower. A good 8" fell here, where the day before, the weather guessers were saying "2 to 4 inches."

    Right.

mourning Bret & all....yep our nephew was a great guy & lived a good life as well. He'll be missed by all who knew him.
Boy did someone leave the frig open again ? Dang kids !!! Not much going on today in N. Tx. little snow fall and suppose to warm up some. Our geo heat pump can't keep up with these horrible conditions. This spring going to move the pump closer to the water and do some other modifications to it. We have a Carrier Infinity furnace so we're not without heat for we do have propane as emergency back up. What's propane going for in y'all's neck of the woods? Here we bought 1000 gal. in September at $1.70...it's about $3.00 a gal. now !! glad we have reserves.

Went out running yesterday for the second day in a row, and man, I'm feeling it in my hip flexors.

We are getting clobbered with snow that the weather guessers had said would be 2 to 4 inches, but from the radar, it looks more like 8 to 10 before it's done. We have declared a snow day for our Co.

I have to fire up the blower later to hit it. Looks like paperwork today.
Art, I found a wonder food for making the riding/pain easier on my muscles and joints and it's freaking amazing….tart cherry juice concentrate….take about 4 oz of the mixed (leave a jug in the fridge of the concentrate cut with water) 2 to 3 times a day and no joint or deep muscle pain!!! NONE.
Tart Cherry juice is a very powerful natural anti inflammatory ….. man does it work wonderful…..I can't believe it….and zero side effects…..
    Give it a try….

I don't get notices on posts anymore….is anyone else having this issue?

Yup, that's it….it's like rolling the clock back 20 years for deep muscle pain and joint pain…..wonderful stuff.

I looked back and did see you bought an AK900…thanx for the support and hope you enjoy. It takes some getting used to with the bargraph but you'll really get to like it….

Talking to a couple of companies right now about partnering/JVing with the next smart iDRSA that'll really rocket the industry ahead. We need to 'sophisticate' the industry to illustrate that we can save those terra watts of power we're going to need for the electric vehicles cause lord knows we ain't gonna start putting new transmission lines around this continent easy…..

Supposed to get 2-4cm of snow here too….been too cold to ride so I wussed out yesterday and didn't make it up the mountain at -8degC…..froze my feet on Thur morning with the extra wind….

Enjoy your Sunday (and Monday for the Canucks) off and try to get a bit of exercise….
