The only difference is temps are usually called in degC but the pressures and BTUS still in English. Problem is all the world is SI and the USA was looking at metric system....for instance SI is Joules..Metric is Calories....SI is kPa (kilo Pascals) and Metric is Kg/cm2
SO you don't work on a fully metric system.

    It's more like a hybrid.

I'll bet that is a lot more efficient, kind of like a Prius.

    It's alot easier if you're using metric measurements.... ie 47cm + 54cm instead of 35 5/8" + 31 3/16".....
Some trades are swapped over but since all our equipment for the most part come from Copeland, Bohn etc having BTUs etc...it's strictly English Measurements.

Apparently, I'm not being entirely clear.

    I'm JOKING.

PSI, kPa, Bar, hell, I don't care how you measure pressure, it's pressure.

Same with temperature. Pick a scale and I'll learn to deal with it.

Refrigeration job? Sure I'll tool mule. Me and Doug rock the north. Frank and JP got the States.

Hey Doug. Guess this means you get to beat me with a wrench. LOL

I should ask now. What do you take in your Tims?

Should be a prerequisite of every Block 1 in Canada to have memorized the menu at Tims. Lord knows if you go for a biscuit and come back with a bagel....
