Evening all
Today went better today felt like a step in the right direction.
Things aren't well structured, and to get thing moving: but all in good time.
By the end of the day I'm Feeling it but heck 4 months ago I did a lap or 2 at the YMCA and Had to take a Nap.
I'll get back to going non stop for 16 hrs with no problemTHE MORE I LEARN
