Spent some time in DC doing some work about unmanned aircraft. If I told you any more, I'd have to kill you.

Here's a pic I took at a light on my way in. I wanted a picture of where all my money goes.

Did you have a good time?

The screening Company called me to thinking they were calling one of my past employers I could barley understand the guy making the call his accent was so heavy. I tell you this screening company is a joke.
I about ready to start looking if this doesn't change.

Oh well I ride it out a while longer and see.

    Yep.

    Left home at 7:00 a.

    Arrived at 11:30 a.

    Left around 1:00 p.

    Home a little after 4:00 p.

I can tell you this, no one knows how to remove snow in DC. There were sections of street with 6" of packed ice, and 10" of snow on top of it.

Even the parkway up to Baltimore was a disgrace. Then, I heard on the radio that 60 snow plows were broken in DC.

Maybe if Charlie Rangel and Tim Geitner paid their taxes, they could handle a snowfall there.

    Sheesh.

We get the same thing where I am. You'll see a plow driving by and he doesn't have his blade down or spreader going.

Actually on my birthday I let a plow driver know how I felt. Me, my best friend, and his girlfriend were driving back from supper and the highway we were on was in horrid shape. Anyways we hit a straight stretch that looked pretty bad and there were horrible crosswinds. He has an Echo hatchback and the wind knocked the rear end out. He tried to get it back but made it worse and we headed towards the ditch at 60MPH sideways. We hit the snow and it was like the car was in a tornado because snow was flying everywhere. Then the car started to tip on my side and I thought for a moment that I was going to die. Like in all honesty time stood still all I could feel was the car tipping. Then we hit the bottom of the ditch and the car came to a stop. It's about 5*F out and the cars flooding because of the ditch. We end up getting a ride back to town and a tow truck comes out to get us and takes us back to recover the car. Since I had some experience loading skid steers on roll offs I lent him a hand and as we almost had the car on the truck a highway plow comes by. Sure enough-blade up and no spreading but has a box full of salt. He slows down to look so I look right up at the truck and showed him what I thought with one finger.

I know... wasn't his fault. He has a job to do. But considering there were supposedly four cars recovered from that same stretch earlier that day you'd think someone would tell the plows to take care of it.
