Hello everyone, spent all day on icy roof tops, had to leave my rope on the last roof I came off of, it had a nice pitch to it so I had to tie off onto a 6" vent pipe so I ski off the top of the second floor. Sometimes I really hate my job. I hope everyone else had a better day than I did.

Not a fun way to get off a roof.

when I started going to the Y I think I did somethin like 2 or 4 laps and (8.5 -mile ) and it took me about 45 to an hour.

How long did it take you to get back to speed?

Took me about a year to get back, I was back working at HVAC doing a commissioning job on a hospital in Macon. Had a helper assigned to me, he was summer help, thing was he had just finished his second year of med school, so we had a blast, lots of steps on the job and I took it all in stride. I have never gotten bock uo to jogging, and this past year I was a BAD boy dropping back into those BAD eating habits,,,,,,, SO now I'm workin on getting back into a health habit line. Heart is fdoin OK, its the rest of the parts now givin in, knees are lettin go at 53, need to law off those kneeling units, they shoudl OUTLAW unit sittin on floors........

Good evening all. Just got in from shovelin snow. Not complaining since its January and this is the first significant snowfall of the season, a paltry 6 inches.

Hey all......... took most of the day to change out a compressor and fan motor with blade.
Felt like crap all day.
got called out at 8pm..... bad blower motor. Didnt have one. Used my last one 2 days ago, Owner said its ok, wait till you get the right one. I was going to stick in a matching condenser fan motor for the night. Thankfully he has some baseboard heaters and also a downstairs he normally rents out but is empty from the flooding.
I cant wait for the weekend. I am soooo tired.... as of tonight... the end of the pay period.... I had 66 hrs regular pay and ot..... plus 8 hrs of holiday pay. 74 total hrs. IN THE WINTER!!!
