hey guys!
been a little sick!
We have an RSES midwest conference March 24-25-26 here in kansas City.
I am going to try for my 4th S !!!!!!!!!!!
I think I will try either Dynamic compressors , heating or commercial refrigeration? Not sure?
I am sure though that I will not pass either one of those the first time!!!!!!!!!

I thought I would do best on the compressor exam but the guys I talked to who took it as a beta in Atlanta said even Wes Taylor could not pass it!!!!!
Hell he practically wrote it!!!!!!!!!!
nobody at the beta passed it!
Do you think they try to make a test nobody can pass?
I have a very good friend who is the service manager here in KC at Hussman, he is the best refer guy I have ever known! No offense Jeremy!
He missed the commercial refrigeration by one question...

I called them yesterday. I got a little certificate on the occasion of 5 years of membership. The certificate didn't say 'CM' so I called them.

I just asked if it was normal for CM members to be addressed as such in correspondence and was told that it was.

Fortunately for me, I kept the certificates they sent. I faxed them over and my wife got a call today stating that I have been correctly recognized as Jeremy Smith CM.

Soon time for an 'S' .....

It costs $25 to try. NATE is something like 5 times that for an easier test.

I'll try it, try to force myself to slow down and actually READ the questions and all of the answers and see how I do.

For whatever reason, I have always been a person that tests well.

I'll brush up on some formulas before test day and, pass or fail, I can say that I tried...wasn't it Babe Ruth who said you miss 100% of the balls you don't swing at.
