yeah, but I have alot more natural insulation to keep me warm. Besides, I didn't mind being up thereafter asking him to help me that late in the day.

Howdy bret,,, watch those deep knee bends. At our age... its he|| to get back up!
Hi to the rest of yas.
I got soaked in the Monsoon that swept through here this evening. 61 degrees and it poured its ever lovin a$$ off! After my 2 system startup which I finished at 5:15.... I got sent out to a house I WAS SUPPOSE TO DO A maint. on.... but since it was late they needed a service call. Pouring down rain (sideways actually) and taking the cover off a twr024c Trane heatpump I got water logged. Luckily it was a swelled up capacitor. Boss happened tyo call at that time said stick it in Emer heat and get out of there. I said... I am already soaked and know whats wrong. I will finish the job. (man I wish I werent so stooooopid!) got home about 6:50.

    Good morning, Bret and everyone!

Don't do the traditional "deep knee bend." It opens the knee and is NOT good. Instead, do leg presses (with an incline machine or with a spotting rack) and bend to about 50% compression, or about an angle of 45 degrees between the upper and lower leg. That's close to the angle you get in stair climbing, and is MUCH better for the complex knee joint.
