    Went to the Y Kept up with my old guy with the Cain he was about a 1/2 lap ahead of me when I started and kept the distance even the whole time. got 1 MILE IN and did my 30 lb cures. Was getting dizzy near the end but I did it.

    Just wanted to take a moment and say hang in there my thoughts and prayers are with you. I am also a cancer survivor as of this April we have to just keep up the fight.
