I would love to but money is tight right now and I don't have any vacation built up. Maybe one of these years I can go, I've always wanted to. I've only been to two PHCC conventions and it was mostly about plumbing.

    I understand
I've wanted to go for a long time too. Then the 2009 Expo was going to be in Chicgo I planed on going and staying with friends. Made the decition to go and shortly there afterwards I found out I had cancer. So this time with it by Diseny World I'm going even if I have to have someone push my A$$ around in a wheel chair. Never know if your going to make that 5 year mark or not.

if so then the boiler is getting too hot, usually the pump is quitting..

most common service calls on those boilers is either the air switch is out of adjustment/ low gas pressure/condensate probe/o2 out of adjustment.

look for 5% 02 8 or 9% co2 0-60 ppm co. during high low and mid fire.

what are you having to re-set??? you never said???

    love you mann!
    1. tripping on high limit on a closed water loop system? It has a small 1.5?amp recirc pump in it (like the kind we used on Water Furnace geothermal systems.
    2. inlet gas pressure if I remember correctly was 10.5" wc LP. not sure what the outlet pressure was suppose to be, Not on the nameplate.
    3. condensate probe? Is that in the drain line or the exhaust flu pipe?
    4. o2 out of adjustment? I replaced the diaphragms in the airmix thingymabob. Nothing else I can do there. One was damaged before I replace them. The soark plug looked like the electrode was an s and not an L. LOL

reset the on off switch....... when I first arrived. one fault i first had was either flame failure or premature lockout. The other was premature lockout. Last time I went I just went ahead and did the preventive maint stuff. Didnt look for codes.

    I know... Ima dumba$$!
