    1 st year I did it only took about 4 hour (I think about a 12 lb) Then the one 2 yr ago Was about the same size I thought?

    We smoke meat all the time. The last turkey we did was 18 hours.

    When you have photobucket, there are little url tags below it. Copy bthe IMG tag and paste it here like this

    pretty big, but I slow smoke it with very low heat, then when it isn't absorbing anymore smoke, wrap it up and let it slow cook.
