It's the forgotten bread basket of Canada but the best Pickerel fishing in the world....
They are booming right now with full employment.....and 2 year wait for a house in Saskatoon...
There is a section of the TCH that runs for 45 miles without a turn....Not sure of the length...
Pettiest sunsets in the world and toughest Navy men and hockey players in the world too come out of Saskabush.....my home province and I own a 1/4 section of land there still....that has been in the family's name since 1880s. Great Grandpa spent the first two years in a tent!!! Winters in South Saskatchewan fyi hit -45 and lower.....now that separates the men from the boys....

A guy from Alberta told me about the scenic route......he said they're building a tunnel through it!!!Someone else said that BC was going to fence it in and turn it into a zoo. I was in there a number of years ago but probably didn't go far enough north. Not a lot of scenery around the potash mines etc.
One of my brother's in-laws are living up there in northern BC...now that's in the boonies!!!
