    Yep, I am, and am very fortunate to be doing so! Lots of guys sitting on the bench and am running into guys at the wholesale houses who are happy to be getting 30 hours Most contractors have done significant downsizing, kind of scary!

    I'm seeing the same thing around here.

    We are steady. Not busy, but all our guys pull 40 and maybe just a little OT.

    Of course, we pruned the deadwood from the company about a year ago.

    I talk to guys who are just happy to be working and I'm happy to NOT be pulling 10-20 hours OT every week this year.

    Well, it's a two-edged sword. Sometimes, the extra cash would be nice, but the extra time I'm getting with my family is priceless.
