Andy has school today since he switch to year round but I getting him at 1:30 atfer his sinces test then we're doing a day before thanksgiving day out. .
History of this day
the day before thanksgiving about 2 months after I finished treatment and when I was real getting back on my feet. We went out and did a bunch of guy stuff. I was so thankful to be alive and with my son. This is the day I make a the being of a the gift of life Family and fatherhood.

This is great because:
1) you have so much to be thankful for, and
2) you KNOW that you have a lot to be thankful for, while many people don't.
We should ALL be thankful. In fact, when I complain to God about taking Julie, I follow it right up with all the things he has done for me, for which I am grateful.

I not only had trouble moving, but I purposely had three cups of coffee at the boss's house before driving home to counter the tryptophan. I have to admit, it DID feel strange to not drive to Julie's house to take her over to her brother's for the meal we have done for the past 11 Thanksgivings. The first one, we flew down to Colonial Williamsburg and had our dinner in a restaurant there.
I have enough leftovers from his wife to eat through Sunday. Phew!
