This is what has me a little nervous about buying right now. Hearing the buzz that you are working on new shiny pieces of gear makes me want to keep saving my pennies for a few weeks (months??? ) more just to see what Doug has up his sleeve.

I don't want to wind up with a 1200 when the 12,000 is on it's way.

Not that I think that the 1200 is a lesser instrument, it would just piss me off.

TB That often happens to me when I am getting a cold, or just a typical ear infection.

I stay away from the edge of the roof when that happens.

Yea strange not dizzy just out of no where I start loss my balance then it goes way. Happen a lot during the last 6 months of treatment. But then My I was so weak I end up falling a lot of the time.

I'm a very patient dude, but I've been being very good, and hopefully, if all the money falls into place, I'll be pulling the trigger in a week or so on a new 1200.

Hey, maybe Doug will let our group be "beta testers."

I do get 'regular techs' to Beta test the product if they do a lot of Reefer work and they have to agree to do a write up on the product so I get the honest feedback about where I screwed up. You know what it's like....you can be on a service call for 4 hours and another tech walks up and 15 minutes later he nails the problem....same for me...I THINK I got all the features and needs figured out and BANG, I get blind sided by an overlooked real life situation that I failed to address. It exposes me to the competition earlier but makes sure my product is better applied AND built....I think.

OK, 48 hours and counting. Bret, I kept the "if you think quitting is hard" statement in the forefront of my mind all day. Everytime I wanted to give in to the urge, I thought about that statement and used it to fight back. I am using Nicorette gum and butterscotch hard candies to assist. I appreciate everyones advice, words of encouragement, and sharing their quitting experiences. But seriously Doug, a four peckered West African Stud Buzzard?Who knew there was a plus side to withdrawls?

Dont tempt me!!! My wife and I did Chantix... I was down to about 4 smokes a day... wife quit the chntix cause she heard about the depression aspect and she felt like it was affecting her that way. I have an appt for a physical friday... I may say something to the doc then.

Thanks Monkey! It sure does bring back memories! I miss it terribly.
The only problem with that presentation was that it was a Trident Submarine. A missile shooter. A real submarine is a Fast Attack Submarine. We dont do the 90 dys out 90 days in. We do a schedule that would make your head spin. Out 1 week in a weekend, out 3 weeks in 1 week, out 8 weeks in 10 days, out a week in 2 weeks. We averaged in port 100 days a yr. and during that 100 days we would spend one month in for a mini upkeep. That leaves 2.5 months to throw about the rest of the yr.
