I've passed all the tests so far, getting an echo next week to see if my function increased.
Had a nite mare emergency cooling tower replacement last week. slingin 10'' pipe, 12 hours a day. Was a real test on myself - I was able to do it.
Damn thing is uncomfortable.

Thanks it was the strangest place I ever work. The guy who was my "manger" had real issues with a lack of work ethics, or should I say ethics( plan lazy). The client was a great guy smart too.

Looks like I might end up with a Company I was look at before.

no frannnnkkkkiiiieee...................did 76 hours last week. saturday was clean out at the job, water was in the sump. we packed all our stuff and filled 2 vans. kids have to go back and assemble the railings and ladders. and clean up the job site.

one of the guys went to change the oil on that big bench grinder!!
He is an old fitter and been around a while
he pumped the oil in usind an electric pump
then he called me said it sounded bad and was going to walk off the pad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I asked if he thought it was surging???????????????
He said No it sounded bad
i went there and started it
it was shaking and making maybe a clicking noise. i shut it right off
maybe i should have stayed longer and ran it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am very familliar with the schreaching growling air noise, but this was clunking???
I would feel like an idiot if it just needs purged
it was at 0 psi but the chilled water was 70 degrees
