    Doug,

    I wouldn't be kind enough to gift wrap it if someone tried to tell me I was falling behind.

    I'd just ram it down their throat.

    I've been as bad as many with allowing myself to get fat and lazy. At 5'11" and 250#, I'm not the picture of health but I've got a plan in place to correct it and do something. I've got a laundry list of excuses, but they mean exactly nothing in the final wash.

    As for my kids, they love the computer and TV and vidiot games as much as any kid does, but we only allow them in moderation. After game time is over, they go and PLAY.

    Doctor order Caffeine (X3 a day)pills and lots and lots of water for the next 3 days.

    No result on the LP yet,
    Caffeine pills are use as a vasodilator to for the headaches cause by the lower cerebral spinal fluid level caused by the LP.

    Been a hard day leg aren’t work well and headache, but pills are helping headache.
    Andy’s home today been a BIG help, Very proud of him.

    Can’t sleep due to caffeine and tried so muscle aren’t working .
