We'll now have a national day of mourning here in Canada today....the Ruskies kicked our a$$ with 5 unanswered goals in the 3rd period last night. (Frank you jinxed it) They beat the Canucks for the Junior gold medal ....first since 2003.....they were just a little happy.....good on 'em they stuck to the game and worked hard...they deserved the win.... We tried to ride out a 3 goal lead and just as life and nature......NOTHING remains static, it either is growing or dying...

Bret,....how ya feelin' today with the arms and legs? I said a few good words for you ya on the top of the mountain this morning.....man was it wet and sloppy...frost is coming out of the ground so it's like climbing in sand and we must have got an inch of rain on my ride......I'd be drier if I jumped into a pool with my clothes on......BUT.....it helps me get a little closer to the big guy.....

not really other then take pain med's which a try and stay away from or Tylenol.

Arms pain feels like it's in the bone, Leg pain in the muscel and hurt and go weak so weak my legs give out on me.
