    Actually, you could take the electrical specialist and become an 'SM' THEN when you pass your CM, be a CMS.

    It's funny, I didn't even know about the CM exam until we were all forced to take the UA's STAR exam. I breezed through that test faster than any of the other guys AND scored higher than they did.

    When the boss called around with the scores, we talked for a bit about the CM. I went home and joined RSES that night just to take the test.

    It took almost 2 years before the test was available for me to take. No interest locally, so I had to wait for a conference to come to my area.

    Next time a conference is within a reasonable distance, I'm going for my Specialist.

    I think Art and Warren/bubblehead could breeze through the electrical in about 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!
