with a biopsy it could be a few days (but not likely) or I've had some take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

Morning all actually made it to the Y today Slow and didn't get many laps in but but I did it. Man I hurt from it. Had a little blood after wards but no big deal.

And I did it.
