You can do it. I chewed (Kodak) for years it was tough but I quite about 6 months before I got diagnosed.
Smoking and chew isn't Worth the risk if you think quiting is hard try cancer treatment. I still have to fight the egger every now and then.

OK, 48 hours and counting. Bret, I kept the "if you think quitting is hard" statement in the forefront of my mind all day. Everytime I wanted to give in to the urge, I thought about that statement and used it to fight back. I am using Nicorette gum and butterscotch hard candies to assist. I appreciate everyones advice, words of encouragement, and sharing their quitting experiences.
