i did 35 miles yesterday, pretty easy didnt break a sweat but it was about 50* outside.
my legs feel great and my lungs even better!
my hands hurt and my butt is killing me.
need to re-learn how to drink eat and unwrap snacks while pedaling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gut will go pretty quick.......have either a strong coffee or a 5 hour energy before a ride if you want a kick in the pants.....it'll speed up your metabolism when you are starting......and stick to protein only (yugh....but effective) bars. I use the PowerBars.....
