looks like a couple days in the 40s coming up.
18* was really not that fun, if it is not fun I will not keep it up!
I really need a pump and some tools for the bike.
it gets dark early so I have been using my osha vest so i dont get ran over.
also the belly gets in the way a lil.
might get some onza bar ends i can flip up and hold on to when i am winded.

Go to the hiking/biking/nerdy/hippy stores and go to the 'clearance bin' and pick out the shirts and tees made of manmade fibers c/w lycra and or elastane. Layer them on and they breath BUT don't get wet and cold....
The better ones will have thumb loops, hoodies to fit under your helmet and pockets....
The cold weather should be watched Frank...you can freeze and sear your lungs......the heavy breathing does not allow the lungs to 're-warm' themselves so you'll freeze them.....then they don't work and you'll get pneumonia if you do it bad enough. Take it easy on that.
I biked yesterday for about 3 hours but it was only about -5 degC on top......so about 23-24 degF

Way to go......hope Bret gets the house cleaned up.....

Only girls and Muricans use bar ends....we can tell the Muricans in the lift lineups at Whistler...they have those things.....they'll rip yer gonads off when you launch over the bars Fronk...use them on the road but NOT when you go into the woods.....

The gut will go pretty quick.......have either a strong coffee or a 5 hour energy before a ride if you want a kick in the pants.....it'll speed up your metabolism when you are starting......and stick to protein only (yugh....but effective) bars. I use the PowerBars.....
