Great news Bret! Crossing off one item at a time

Some updates.. The job situation's still up in the air but there might be an opening, so it's being reviewed. We might know something as early as Monday. Found some technical literature on VFD's that doesn't double as a cure for insomnia, so that part's going well even though I've already gone above and beyond what they expected of me (for now). Shooting .22LR's the best bang for the buck entertainment-wise (pun intended)

I loved the .22 I had on the farm. It was a JC Higgins (a Sears branded Remington, I think) and it was great! Later, at the academy, I used a nice Mossberg 40X on the 50' range.

'Morning Bret and everyone. Art, I got a Mk II as it's dead-accurate and dirt-cheap, perfect to learn on and for club-level competition. Still looking for the right stuff to feed her (you know how finicky .22LR's are). Got a very nice 50yd, 11 port indoor facility.

For my dad I made an urn in the shape of a cross which was fitting as he was a minister. For my dad in law, it will be in the shape of a lectern as he was a prof. It is just a matter of time before mom in law is in a home....that will be an interesting thing to accomplish.

Good day only had to take 2 SHORT napes about 15 min each. I was doing thing most all day and then hung out with the Family
