    draining water and sludge from bottom of tank

    Hey all, for my basement tank that was installed 8 years ago and I had the oil pumped from my leaking underground tank. I was expecting more water and sludge on the bottom. I guess I was expecting the guys that transferred the oil from the old tank to also get a bit from the bottom. They must have done a good job since not moving the bottom 8 inches from a 55 year old tank.
