I have a 5 year old Luxaire unit. it was working fine till now... what happens is when turn heat on.. blower works, and all 4 burner will come one for 30 secs.. and then it will shut off... it will try to do this 3 times and it will shut off completely for an hr..

sometimes it will work for 5 mins heat will come and everything will shut off.

    Heres the step.

    1. Turn your A/C and Heating system off for your safety.

    2. Go and pick up your phone book, Look under Air Conditoning.

    3. Pick one you desire.

Your local HVAC company should be able to fix that quickly.

I don't want to do it myself...i don't like to play with gas for sure... i just want to know what it could be wrong with it...just curious if it would cost me arm and leg to get it fixed.

    thanks for your respose.

Even if you are just curious, others that read this site might have the same problem and try to fix it themselves. That's why we don't diagnose.
