    repetitive "alarm" sound??

Last week plumber "cleaned" small tube on control box on foundation wall connected to power vent using thin wire. (we had no heat) 7 days later, same control box is setting off alarm on it with green flashing light indicator. Alarm sounds repeatedly as power vent tries to turn on. To silence the alarm, I had to turn down the thermostat...no heat...wait for plumber again...cost me $ last week...

If the power vent for the combustion gasses on your HWT and/or furnace isn't working, perhaps you need a HVAC technician... not a plumber.

You need to call someone for service! Sorry, this is not a DIY help site.
