Don't confuse getting a refund with not paying taxes,if you paid in more during the course of a year then needed,you may still be paying taxes,even though you don't owe,or get a refund at the time you file.
We have sold over 30 of the Tax Credit Qualified systems,if a contractor doesn't promote these,I think they are missing the boat. Just my humble opinion.
