I work for a shop with 13-18 guys.
there are shops in town with 50-100 guys.
it seems like when you run into those guys from the big shops, they look down on you.
or they think they are better than you, mainly cus they do get to work on a lot of the bigger stuff and have the better accounts.

They are sweethearts, whether they be male or female. As a child I grew up with sheppards. The coolest and most protective we ever had we found amongst a litter of pups we found in a junk yard. He was the only one of a litter that would approach us. We took him in and had him checked out at the vets. We had to treat hi feet so we named him " Foots" They are wonderful. I have since only had chocolate labs and they are cool too.

The same guys I see in the supply houses running their pie-holes about doing this big job and how great a job they do are the same ones that I have followed behind on jobs that go out of warranty from the big companys and have been rigged just enough to get by. The guys that are confident in their skills and work hard don't feel a need to try a prove it to everybody they meet.

The Lab Morgan in my avatar is 4 yrs. old. Smart as a whip but she still thinks she's a puppy. When do they grow up?

I also remember the days when I knew the name of every person employed at this company. All 20 of them.

It is a testament to the quality of the technicians and the organization that the company has grown as large as it has in the past 15 years.
