Let's talk 'pepperroni'
Pepperoni has so many chemicals in it that it doesn't need to be refrigerated.
It can sit around for a long time. Plus it is full of flavor. Now I always keep a package of sliced pepperoni around.
* If folks drop by you can set some out with some crackers
* Mix some with scrabbled eggs
* Drop some in any kind of soup
* Dice it up in a salad.
* Pizza topper
* Mixed in with a meat loaf
You can also play checkers with it.
It is almost as good as cheese-in- a- can.
What do you do with your pepperoni?

Funny, I'm the same way with Capicola Salami. It's always in my fridge. That and this Hunters Extra Sharp Cheese some dude got me hooked on.
BTW.... I like lotsa peperoni in a lasagna.My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.

Molinari's
I buy their pepperoni regularly in a specialty market here in Texas, "Central Market". I've found the Molinari brand is the lowest amount of fat that I have ever come across, and great taste also.
