Heart attack grill uses real lard instead of mayo on their burgers, and pure lard to cook the french fries. the frys are all you can eat too.... ugh i feel ****ty just talking about it. Ive never been but my brother went and said he was in a food coma for 6 hours after the tripple bypass burger and 2 orders of frys. ill pass...

The Meat-Up -- Ground Beef, topped with 2 pepperoni logs, stuffed with Cheez Whiz, topped with a layer of bacon, topped with a layer of mozzarella cheese slices, topped with more bacon, topped with meatballs and served with brown gravy.
