I'm not sure what page its on.
But, its definitely in the instructions that it needs to be removed.
Sometimes. When a contractor installs a brand they don't install often. They tend to forget, that it may need things done in addition to what they normally do with the other brand.

BT, you were right!
The contractor's worked for about an hour, then stated they needed another part that they would get Monday.
I printed this thread and showed them. Then handed them back the AHU manual. Amazing the problem a jumper can cause.
The buzzing contactor problem is gone, it heat's and cools now, etc
)

So Far. When I get back next week are ya gonna help them out with the
IAQ issues that I'm sure will arise? I mentioned the IAQ install next week and the tech stated....."Man, there are a lot of wires coming from 3 different places in this AHU, American Standard is easy and straight forward".
