Honeywell TrueSteam Problem???

Hi!

I had a 9 gal TrueSteam installed about 3 months ago. Late last week I heard water filling up something in the basement rather frequently and went to investigate.
It appears that my humidifier is filling with water and immediately starts draining. When it is done draining, in about 10-15 mins, it fills up again. Cycle never ends. I have it turned off for now (at the stat). It almost looks like it is going through emptying cycle, only instead of stopping after that, it refills.

Has anyone seen this type of symptoms? Any ideas what might be causing it and what can i do to get it resolved?

Call the installer back, you got a warranty when they installed it.
