    I'd just use a Honeywell IAQ thermostat, it only needs 3 wires to the thermostat, and can control your 2 stage furnace, A/C, and if you add a humidifier, or certain other devices later, it can control them as well.

    Thanks beenthere. I think comfortdoc mentioned that, too. I'm just trying to get all my options on the table.
