To marinate the meat I just put it in a little lemon juice (about 1/16 th of a inch in a pan). Sprinkle it with a little Adolf meat tenderizer and poke it a bunch of times with a fork. Flip it over a couple of times in a 12-24 hour period.
Then in the morning just grille or broil the meat until it is done to your liking. Then I slice it thin against the grain and serve it up with eggs to order and homefries.
With some of your great Colorado beef .......Oh wow!!!
Real londen broil is the tail from, the loin or shell,if it comes from prime beef and sliced thin and aginst the grain it can be good.If the beef is of poor grade its like eating one of our charging hoses
Tenderize and marinate 12-24 hours. I use terryakie, garlic, oregano and a splash of cider vinegar and worchester. Sprinkle with coarse salt befor searing on both sides cook to desired temp. I usually take them off as 125-130 and let them rest to 140 (m/r ). Enjoy Jack
