Need Alerton Documentation
Howdy -
I'm in need of some Alerton technical documentation, but I have no access rights to support.alerton.com. Anyone know where I can get their global controller info? BTI, BCM, and a VLX?
Thanks!

sysint,
Alerton Bactalk line uses 10K thermistors for temp. sensors, but can accept 0-5vdc, 0-10, 4-20mA, or dry contact. It's all right there on the cards, just switch jumpers.

Need Alerton Documentation
I have a small Alerton control system ( Apex LT, TX16160, and keypad) that the front end has crashed on. Do any of you guys have any documentation (Passwords) to get deeper into the system from the keypad than just to monitor?
Any help would be appreciated!

Bactalk Input type
Sysint,
Bactalk sensor use 10K thermistors and IBEX use a 3K thermistor.
The Bactalk sensor can either use 10K (recommended) or 3K.
Sensor type can be set up in programming threw Viso or VLC DDC

Help for B-man
You might know this already but here you go:
If no one has taken out the default password to your system it should be pass
It might get you to other places you cant go.
Pass has the priority level set at 10 from Alerton. So if some else has changed the password then you will have to work a little hard to break in.
