Love the wiring job on that puppy. Can't understand why the tech was called out? Looks like a perfectly nice plaster job to me!
If YOU want change, YOU have to first change.
If you are waiting for the 'other guy' to change first, just remember, you're the 'other guy's' other guy. To continue to expect real change when you keep acting the same way as always, is folly. Won't happen. Real change will only happen when a majority of the people change the way they vote!

Don't get rid of it yet..
James,
Don't get rid of it yet.. refrigerators went frost-free, the addition of a heating element, termination switch & defrost timer, is what made them frost-free. If the heater goes out, it will frost & freeze over for sure. Helpful hint, when checking a domestic refrigerator for system performance & operation: the evap coil must develope a light frost pattern from start to end of the coil, but not extending through the cabinet to the outside of the box. This is the final check for most refrigerator manufacturers. If the frost pattern goes outside the box, they remove a very small amount of refrigerant. If it does not extend to the end of the coil, they add a very small amount of refrigerant.
