Rate is dependent upon your experience and industry knowledge.

We do not wash your clothes. We supply the work shirt with a logo.

Each work van is stocked by us with everything you may need. You're welcome to bring any tools that your prefer to do the job with.

exceeding your experience and industry knowledge criteria

    what would be my compensation?

I am not asking for your company to wash my clothes, just the UNIFORMS you provide and require employees to wear?

    thank you for any insight.

Compensation is usually between $20 and $40 an hour. So depending on your knowledge, without seeing a resume or talking with you, we can guess it would be on the higher end.

We do not have a laundry service. All employees was their own work clothes.

    Thanks!

We are meeting our competitors rates and then some. We also beat Trane, Lennox, and York for our HVAC/R service technicians (commercial). We use national rates, local posted rates, and cold call competitors to gather data on pay rates and scales.

    Where are you getting $42/hr?

Do you require your techs to smoke hippie lettuce, not bathe, and worship socialism?

@coolwhip Absolutely. In fact, we also require weekly sacrifices to the Pagan god "Apple."
