    Loose Wire + Disconnect =

    Well I'm pretty sure that's what caused this anyway.

    This disconnect is for a large exhaust fan that ventilates a steam tunnel..
    The motor survived, our electricians replaced the disconnect and the fan was off and running just fine.

    The pics came out pretty good for a cell phone.

    It took me a couple minutes to find the "24 1 5/8=" in the pics, good eyes.
    It is hard to tell, this part of the building is 100+ years old, and people seem to like to use the walls a notepads.
